Thank you so much for your phone advice this morning, when we discovered we had no house water as the water pump wasn’t working. I really appreciated your call back as well to check the outcome and to give further advice to work out the problem was actually the EcoCycle pump tripping the pump safety switch – and the water pump and safety switch are actually both ok if the EcoCycle pump is turned off. So now we know very quickly what needs to be fixed, great customer service and expert advice.
